Athletics Officially Out of Playoff Race

This comes as no shock to anyone in the baseball world. Yesterday, the Oakland Athletics were officially knocked out of the 2023 playoff race and will now look onto 2024. Obviously, this Athletics team was expected to be eliminated very early as it is right now.

The Athletics are currently dead last in the AL West with a record of 37-91 and will most certainly finish 2023 with over 100 losses. The A's currently find themselves 34.5 games back and almost last in every team stat recorded.

The A's are the laughing stock of all sports and the front office is giving nothing for the fans to be excited about. The team will likely not be competitive for quite some time and will look forward to their franchise moving out to Las Vegas.
