Yesterday, the Toronto Blue Jays signed outfielder Kevin Kiermaier. The deal is a one-year deal, worth $10 million, per Mark Fiendand of MLB.com. There were a few teams in on Kiermaier, but ultimately, it was the Blue Jays who signed him.

Last off-season the Blue Jays signed Kevin Kiermaier to a one-year contract. Kiermaier played well enough to earn himself another contract with the Toronto Blue Jays, and he certainly deserved it.

Kevin Keirmaier was always good on the defensive side. In 2023, he was even good with the bat. In 129 games, Kiermaier slashed .265/.322/.419, with 8 HR's, 36 RBI's, 14 SB's, and a .741 OPS. Last year was one of Kiermaier's best seasons on the offensive side.

Kevin Kiermaier brings so much to the Blue Jays. His leadership, hustle, and so much more. Kevin Kiermaier is just 33-years-old, he's always been a solid player and he's going to continue that next year.
