The Los Angeles Dodgers have clearly been the most active team this offseason and continue to do so by trading away their No. 2 prospect to the Cubs in a four-player deal.

Full trade:

To LAD: LHP Jackson Ferris (CHC No. 8), OF Zyhir Hope

To CHC: INF Michael Busch (MLB No. 44, LAD No. 2), RHP Yency Almonte

Heading to Chicago is, without a doubt, a Major League ready infielder in Michael Busch. Busch slashed .323/.431/.618 with 27 home runs in AAA OKC. With the Dodgers having an abundance of infielders and seemingly no spot for Busch, he is now heading to Chicago where he will certainly be on the Opening Day roster.

Also heading to Chicago is RHP Yency Almonte. Almonte has pitched the last two seasons in Los Angeles where he posted a 3.35 ERA over 83.1 innings.

Heading to Los Angeles is the No. 8 prospect in the Cubs farm, LHP Jackson Ferris. Ferris is the big name heading back to Los Angeles. With Busch playing a position that is not needed, getting pitching in return is big. Ferris posted a 3.38 ERA in 56.0 innings, while recording 77 strikeouts in Class A Myrtle Beach.

Also heading to Los Angeles, is OF Zyhir Hope. Hope slashed .286/.419/.543 with three home runs for the AZL Cubs. Hope was the Cubs 11th round draft pick this past season.
