Yesterday, the Brewers announced that they've called up their No. 2 prospect, and 17th in baseball, Sal Frelick to the MLB. Sal Frelick is a OF. The corresponding move was, the Brewers DFA'd Raimel Tapia.

Sal Frelick made an instant impact. He started yesterday's game against the Braves, and the Brewers won 4-3. Sal Frelick had a great debut. He went 3-3, he scored a run, he had two RBI's, and had two great defensive plays. Frelick's three hits are tied for the most by a Brewers player in their debut, the other two are Steve Bowling, and Sixto Lezcano.

Sal Frelick mostly played for the Triple-A Nashville Sounds this year. He put up solid numbers, in 40 games, he slashed .251/.333/.342, to go along with that he hit 2 HR's, 19 RBI's, 8 SB, and a .697 OPS.

As seen yesterday against the Braves, Sal Frelick can make an instant impact to the Brewers. Milwaukee currently sits in 1st place with a record of 55-44 in the NL Central. So, Sal Frelick will be apart of the Brewers chase to win the NL Central this year.
