Brent Rooker is currently tearing it up with the Oakland Athletics. However, his name is not being talked about enough. It's pretty obvious why, and that's where he currently resides in.
The Oakland A's LF/DH is currently slashing an impressive .353/.465/.779 with 9 home runs and 22 RBIs. His 9 long balls currently ranks fifth in the league.

Rooker is currently hitting the baseball as good as anyone in the league right now. He's one of the few bright spots this Oakland team has. This begs the question. When is he going to get traded? All jokes aside, Oakland could shop Rooker if he keeps this pace up.
Either way, Brent Rooker is a great story thus far and is such a breath of fresh air for the Oakland faithful.
